I wanted to buy just the two offered for $10 plus shipping. So when I said that I didn't want to get the other two "Free", the rep said that it was in the promotion and I had to get the others plus shipping. I said to cancel and he said it was done.
Today I received the package with them. I can return them for $10 refund but they keep the "shipping charges."
