Not Getting What I Paid For!

I have been a member for about 5 years. I was given a card for my prescriptions, dental and medical. I was told what Dr, to go to and where to go for meds. I have just found out that Family Care has not given ANY discounts on the meds at all and on lab work I just had done they did not give any discount even though I had lab coverage on my card. This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened. If I go somewhere for medical help that gives discounts for me paying in cash, Family Care told me they do not give discounts. So I have been paying them for nothing! I just got a bill for $350.75 for lab work that had gone into collections because I was waiting for Family Care to do their discount thing, because any other time I paid they would not pay. The lab discounted me down to $136.00, which was way more than Family Care ever has. I started out paying them 199.90 one time. Then it was $99.95 a month. Then it went to $94.00 a month after I complained about them not paying when I had a office visit, where the Dr. Gave me the $20.00 off the visit because I did not have insurance, and Family Care would not pay anything.
