(Macey, Aleman & Searns), Legal Helpers, PC Eli Leon & the company does not listen to what the customer wants

I contacted the firm about a possible foreclosure on my home & was conned into signing up with them. I learned later through friends of mine & the numerous complaints I read about the company online that they are a scam & a rip off. I have repeatedly told the firm which included El Leon & others that I am not interested in their services & to cancel the contract.

Eli Leon & the group will not listen to me prefering instead to call both myself & my in laws, whose number I mistakenly put down as an emergency contact number, repeatedly & harrassing us. I have filed online complaints with The Social Security Administration, J P Morgan Chase, The Illinois Better Business Bureau, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn & Illinois Attorney General Lisa Madigan all of which I have done within 72 hours of the initial call. Should these mailings not produce the desired results then I will file complaints with the proper departments in the Federal Government.

Their telephone numbers include 561-853-0939,561-853-0906 & 312-768-4202 all of which I have had to block on my phone. I have also given instructions to my in laws in how to block them as well.

When a client states his/her desire to cancel the proper action that the company should do is to respect the client's wishes which Eli Leon & The Mortgage Law Group does not do.
