I posted a complaint and since then I recieved a phone call from a supervisor of Presario telling me that they are really backed up and that the phone lines were down yesterday and that is the reason why I have heard nothing from them. They are upset with my post and tell me they might not go through with my loan but will give me back my 590.00. If I was wrong I do apoligize and I be able to find out tomarrow as I was promised a call back. If I do recieve this loan I will post a message that I was wrong.
