I just wrote earlier today but have done more investigation. The Miramar Rd. Address in San Diego is in fact a mailbox at a UPS location. It was confirmed that mailbox was closed in January with no forwarding address provided. I reported this issue to the FBI at (858) 565-1255. Very doubtful any funds will be recouped but if they can find them maybe they can keep this happening to someone else.
