We saw on our bill this morning a charge for 14.95 from MVQ*ATHOMEREWARDS, and had no idea who they were. We called the credit card co and had our card # changed. I found this in a Q&A "How did I join At Home Rewards?"
You could have enrolled in At Home Rewards in one of several ways, including:

Through an offer you saw after completing an online purchase with one of our partners
Via an offer presented to you at the conclusion of a phone call you made to purchase an item from a marketing partner of ours
During a phone call made to your home
In response to a bonus reward or enrollment incentive, which might have included an offer of an immediate bonus check, a free gift card, a cash-back deal, or a free-shipping offer made by one of our marketing partners.
