Charged Twice for Coin Purchase After First Attempt Failed

This company charged me twice for the purchase that I made, when I first tried to purchase coins it said transaction did not go through, so me being the dummy that I am. Tried to purchase again, looked at my bank statement today 01 March and I has been charge twice, what do I do.
