Bought time share and went to Mazatlan this February to see it. It was in the same condition as a year ago - abandoned. No work is being done and no more time shares are being sold. We believe around 178 were sold. Jose Diaz at the Balboa towers is their contact person - 669 912 0283 cell phone. He said he would work with us but we have heard nothing. We are also out another $2000.00 with Trading Places for booking 5 weeks at the Acqua Grand for this year. We are fighting to get a refund back from Acqua Grand or Trading Places now.
