Today when I looked on my account they had charged my checking 29.95. Not the 2.95 the had said. I did call there customer service and raised %. They promised to refund my account in 3to5 days and gave me a refund code. This is the number I called 1-888-613-1485. Ill keep u updated as to if I get refund.
