I bought a mega bundle for leap pad through them for a last minute christmas present. They only sent the leap pad (which they told me about) and said all else would come the day after christmas. A month went by and I emailed and emailed. They don't answer their phone. I finally received two games and the charger. But now I'm still missing the case and the $20 gift card toward games. They don't even answer emails anymore.
