I ordered reliftxs online and paid postage which was £1.99 for the trail pack I did not receive, then on 27th Feb the company took £141.50 out of my bank account and I still have not received the product. I have called the customer service line about 5 times and cannot get through. I have tried cancelling the payment and the subscription to no avail, I do not know what else I can do!
