This Company has Defrauded me

I went to this site to set up an account to create videos. The cost was 3.99 per month. I used my credit card and got an error message, so I tried again with the same results. I tried another card with the same results. I later found my two bank accounts charged for the 3.99 three different times, but I still don't have access to make video's. I've sent several emails to this company to fix the issue with no response. I'm now in the process of contacting the bank to see if they can help. I'm truly angry at this company and think they have very poor customer service credentials and will not use them again.
