Utility bill from over 8 years ago

I'm over 8 years out of a house that these idiot's are claiming I owe on a utility bill. When I try to explain that all they do is go into a nonstop speech that prevents me from getting in a word. I finally told them to screw thenselves unless they produce a VERIFIABLE BILL from the electric company. I'm getting Caller ID on my phone this morning and just practicing some Nancy Reagen. I see the ID I just say NO and cut it off.

The last time an idiot tried this, about 2 years ago, he came up, banging the hell ouuta my front door and telling me that I was over 6 months behind in my mortgage and the BOA was going to foreclose unless I came up with the money to be paid to him on the spot. Funny thing happened 8 years ago. I bought the house CASH and had the deed recorded on the same day. That's PUBLIC RECORD! This idiot just got madder and then told me that I was evicted on the spot and to clear out as he was taking posession of the house on behalf of BOA.
