Ordered a North Face jacket on line that was supposed to be authentic north face. I received a counterfeit, poor quality, wrong size, etc. Couldn't ship it back because there was no return address on the package that came from China. Replied to their "contact us" email and received no response. Still fighting with my credit card company to get my money back.
