They say you have one a free cruise but need to pay port tax upfront. Sent in required form for cruise with two cruise dates that they require, one in Sept. 2011 and one in Feb. 2012. They say they contacted me three times but when I asked why no message was left on my answering machine, they said if I do not answer they go to the next person. I have to be home when they call or I don't get the date. That is not what they said. They said I will be contacted as to which date I can have. Contact means contact in my book, not calling and hanging up. I looked on line and see that I am not the only person. Now they say the "port tax" is non refundable.
