I replied to an advert for a FREE Trial of a supplement and I would only pay for the postage. I did this and the money was taken from my account. I have no even tried the product yet and I discovered today that an amount of
£69.95 had been taken from my account for a bottle of 30 tablets! I contacted Bisomatic and asked to speak to Jason Smith and was informed he was on another call and when I said I would hold I was then informed he was not in!
I was informed there was a statment at the side of the form I filled in on line advising if I did not want this product that I could cancel it within 30 days or I would be charge £69.95.
Did anyone else see this discloser as I certainly didn't!
I can assure Bisomatic that I will not let this rest while they continue to rip people off.
Bisomatic you should be ashamed of yourself and give your customers their money back.
