I tried to buy a car on kijiji victoria and the lady, Susanne Whitlock (suzywhi7lock@gmail.com) said she dropped it off at consignment4u, an Ebay drop off store. I paid the money on Feb7 and was told shipping would be done Feb 14. Now my transaction # will not work on their web site and they will not answer my emails
