I also ordered AuraVie from a "pop-up" advertisement—first big mistake! It was a "Risk-free Trial" and said that I would pay only a S&H charge of $3.03. When I received the products the "3.03" shipping charge had turned into $4.95 on my credit card statement. The next statement shows a $97.88 charge for the "Risk-Free Trial" products." A phone call to the number shown brought a reduction of $25.00—which is not a satisfactory solution for the $97.88 charge. The fellow I talked to also tried to tell me the information was all there on the website but I looked rather closely before I ordered and didn't find anything. If it is there it must be very well hidden—to say the least!
