I ordered a 'trial offer' of nutrascience slimming products'. They arrived but i was not impressed with the product.

When i received my credit card statement a few days ago, it showed that a deduction of £75 was made 17 january. I asked the bank why and they advised me to phone the company. Their number just goes 'dead' when asking to speak to a customer service advisor and when i pin in the phone number i used when ordering the product, it keeps repeating the message (over and over). I tried their website - to no avail. One can only get in touch eith this company if one is foolish enough to to sign up for another 'amazing offer'. This is fraudulent to the extreme.

I am a pensioner (& live on benefits from the british government) i cannot spend £75 and it not affect me. I cannot stop this, so i have now stopped my credit card facility but this does not get my £75 refunded.

It is now february 27 and the 'product' has not arrived and i won't accept it.

Please, please... What can i do? Can you help me?
