Hi my name is Stephanie Khan I went to the bank on Thursday 2nd Febuary 2012 and to my disbelief someone had taken £67.70 out my account with no warning no notification and no details as to who and where the money was going.
I notidied the bank who could do nothing as the transaction had already been made.
