Multiple requests for air conditioner: runs extremely hot / makes horrible noise under our bedroom window, $200.00 bill for a small apartment.

Multiple requests for a screen door.

Multiple letters concerning ants all over apartment.

No help with faulty alarm system that chirps constantly.

Trash all over.

Poor parking.

Tree limbs that scrape windows all night and keep us up.
