SMS/Text Message Complaint Company: Cobalt capital group

Just got my cell bill. Found a $10 charge on it from Cobalt Capital Group FunSMSAlerts. Just called the carrier, they gave me an 866 number to call that went to some BS Voicemail. Their support e-mail address is BS too. Just locked down my phone from this kind of crap in the future. This similar thing happened a couple years ago while with Verizon, and I actually got someone on the phone at the place, and got $10 back... This time it doesn't seem likely...
