Bid on and won item on ebay, as described "rare, early Ford, Highland Park/Auto Plant Guard Badge. Months later I received an email from another ebay buyer/seller who suggest I look into the authenticity of the item because there are many fakes being sold. I did and sure enough I found a site authored by a Ford Historian where it showed pictures of the same badge and explained how it was a fake. I message the seller, sent a written letter, no reply.
The badge I bought is worth maybe 15$? BEWARE, they're out there
