Hire this company to create a online application for one of my clients. They worked for about 4 weeks and said they need a payment. They showed me a very basic model of what they had completed to date. Although it was not much I was pushing to get the job done which was now overdue. Payment in the amount of $300 was sent via Western Union. Since then I just keep getting delays. Application was scheduled to be completed in 2 month and it has been over 4 months now and still nothing. Repeated emails to the owner just get more and more excuses that don't make any sense.
