Wal-mart money visa card
Not refunding of money

One day I have decided to go and purchase a wal-mart visa card here at kahului because I thought it would help me to use it more in a conservative way, so while at the time of purchase, the cashier told me that I would have to put down some money in order to purchase it, i was not thinking anything would be wrong, so I did and put the max on this card which is 500.00 dollars, after purchasing this card, i found out that I had to call a number in order to activate it, i was kind of shocked but went directly to the customer service department still in wal-mart and used their phone to call. I came across an answering machine and went through the process of giving all my information that was required to activate it but after all the information was given, this is where the fun part started, I had a representative that came on the phone and repeated all the information given back to me for confirmation, waited for a few minutes then he told me that I was not qualified to activate it due to an issue and was not told what the issue were but what caught my attention is when he told me that they will mail me my funds within 7-10 business days. When I heard that I asked him why do I have to wait 7-10 business days for them to mail me my funds, I told him that I am still here in wal-mart using the customer service phone, why can't you just refund my money here and now. No reply but just they will mail it within 7-10 business days. I got upset and what tripped me out more is that the customer service rep their at the store wanted to speak to the person on the phone but the person on the phone hung up. I tried calling to speak to a person and not an answering machine to track my funds but thats all i got is no person to talk to but answering machine, the question is why, still waiting for my refund of my money and it's now on my third week over on to my fourth and no refund. What's going on and who can we contact to get my refunds back because that's all I had left and now I got nothing. It seems like they love to play with innocent peoples lives and that's not right especially with all the money that they already have but still love to screw with the poor people who has nothing already. Is there anybody out there who can help us people who always end up getting suckered by business like this, if you do please let me know asap. Mahalo (thank you)...
