I get notices that my trend micros is about to expire annually. I go out and purchase the cds at Best Buy. 3 years ago I attempted to download online and was not successful. 1/3 I noticed the charge from above for $62.95 on VISA and emailed trend micros to dispute. I did not receive any response and I did not follow through. (stupid on my part) 2012 I purchased the Trend Micros Titanium Max. From Best Buy for $99.95, but again found a charge on my Visa for $62.95 on 1/4. I have never given permission for ongoing renewal charges for online download as I have not gotten them. Can you help in getting my money back and getting my credit card info away from orderfind.com MN?
