Not Honoring Guarantee

About two years ago, I complained to the store where I bought an expensive mattress set about the bed being worn out. The store said there had to be dips in the mattress. As the mattress became unbearable to sleep on, we realized that the way the mattress is made. It doesn't dip, but compress. The store referred us to the company where the mattress was made and we sent the info in. When the company called us back, at first they said the guarantee had run out and I reminded them that I still had a few months. There was a long pause, and then the call was conviently dropped. I called the company back and then the one who called said we aren't responsible for the comfort of a mattress. I reminded him the reason we paid more for our mattress was because of the guarantee and I expected it to be honored. They said the would send a string in about two weeks for us to measure the dips, in which you can't feel them until you are in bed. Keep in mind it compresses, not dip.". We're not responsible if it becomes uncomfortable", he said, but we'll send the string. And I said, in the meantime I'll contact JAG and the BBB. I read an article an it said if a mattress can't be slept on, it's time for a mattress and it is worn out. As much as I weigh a normal mattress would had dipped, but this looks untouched. I feel as if Jamison is trying to run the time out so they don't have to honor it and they aren't being true to their guarantee.
