This company is nothing but a ripoff, the run around and hurdles required to get anything from them is crime, they should be shut down

Ear Mr. Whelpley, The Fly America program has a three (3) step redemption process that is outlined in the certificate terms & conditions. The 1st step registration validation form requires the $7.95 processing fee, the 2nd step certificate registration form requires the $75/ticket registration fee for taxes, charges, etc, and the 3rd step reservation request form is where you submit your actual travel preferences. When you do submit your travel preferences there is a ninety day minimum advance notice required. These specific redemption steps are fully disclosed on the 1st step registration validation form under paragraphs #1, #2, and #3 of the terms & conditions and on each subsequent certificate form. I have been going back and forth with these guys for months. They are nothing but a rip-off and you should run away. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a claim in small claims court...
They will cash your check and giving you nothing for it..
