I am living in an apartment that is in foreclosure, in St Petersburg, Fl. I personally know the landlord and am not paying rent at this time. He is working with the bank so expect to pay rent soon. I received a letter from this company with a 6 month rental lease agreement asking for $300 processing fee within 48 hours and to start paying them $650 a month rent as of 3/1. This is a scam, the company does not exist and my landlord and his bank know nothing about it. It came in a hand addressed envelope from Tampa and the company only gave a p.O. Box to send checks to. The address was Devine Destiny, LLC, P.O. Box 35441, St Petersburg, Fl, 33705. Ph # 813-342-9379. I did not call the # because I did not want to give them access to MY phone #. I would like to know if there is anyone I can report them to please.
