Wished I had checked these guys out before I ordered - but it appears that all of our orders were clustered in the same time span - I ordered Feb 11, paid with PayPal and received the purchase confirmation with order number but no shipping confirmation. I have sent 6 emails for updates and finally a cancellation with no response. I have opened a claim with PayPal, but from what I read - they will "assist in getting money back' it's not a guaranteed thing to get money back.: (
