SMS/Text Message Complaint Company: trans pet carriers

We were trying to buy a puppy a bull terrier named shonkee they say he from louisiana an we sent the 400 to them an then they asked for insurance for the puppy to fly it an for its vet shot thing they want 3670 but then i said i didnt have that money so they put the 2670 an i put in 1000 then they need 500 for permit for the dogs paper then they need 700 for the kennel now they trying to get me to give 1500 for quarntine department to check the dog an the kennel
