Agreed to receive a sample of a skin care product on 1-09-12. Received the package a week or so later. All three products came damaged. Containers broken. There was no information included in the package so I knew of no way to contact the company. I checked my account to assure the charge was the agreed upon free plus shipping. It was. I did contact the post office who knew of no way either. She said I would need to contact the company. A week or I received what I thought was replacement products. This time they arrived one product per package.By the time I received the third package I begin to be suspicious. I saw the one charge, was furious and mailed a letter to the p.O. Box address telling them to stop sending products. The letter came back yesterday. I've checked my account again, more carefully and found 7!!! Charges, from 49.99 to 79.99 a pop! I will stop the account from paying in just a moment when I can leave for lunch and go to my bank. Please help. Thankyou
