Owes me a Link With 4 Diamonds

I had her take 2 links with diamonds out of a bracelet. I paid 70.00. I asked her for the links and she said she was keeping them for the cost. I asked her 3 times for them she said she didn't know where they were so I sent my husband for them. After 3 trips she charged him 22.00 more and gave him one link. My plan is to make matching earrings out of the links but I can't do it with only 1. Would you please have her give me my other link. I have paid her all the money she asked for.
