After 4 weeks of emails and phone calls, I finally received a quote from this company that was ridiculous. More than double the price of other companies! I responded to their emailed quote telling them their estimate was "ridiculous" and thanked them for making me wait so long. Well, this apparently enraged Mr. Childs who thought it necessary to call me and berate me over the phone. Nice job Chad! Just because I live in a gated community doesn't mean you can get away with overcharging us.
