I ordered a Denali North Face for my son for Christmas. After he wore it for a week, the ribbons on the zippers began fraying. This was unlike the Denalis we had owned before. The sleeves were unusually short for the size as well. I contacted their customer service and spoke with a guy who said it was authentic and it would be exchanged. He would send me a form via email. That form never came. When the zipper finally broke a month later I called back and spoke with a woman who said that since it was purchased over 15 days prior, they would do nothing other than maybe fix the zipper. It is not worth the price of shipping it back to them. What a scam!!!
