On Feb 22 my husband and I had appointments to go to. We left my residence at 7:30 am. When we arrived home approximately 4:45pm my home health aid handed us a letter she said was posted on our screen door that read, " Kim and Andrew, trisha and I stopped to see you, I will have to include an order that Damion is placed out of home even if he's only at grandmas part time please call me." My home health staff wasn't aware of my sons juvenile case or human services being involved due to we agreed if they came it would be when the AIds were not present or working. This note was posted so long I've been approached by town people asking what We did to lose our kids? Rumours are circulating about because this social worker putt minor child's name and information about the juvenile case on this note she posted in plain view for the public. They are threatening me with taking my son because I put him in a different public school because I know as his mother it's in his his best interest. He was failing and in always in trouble and disobeying at his current school I thought a new environment and new friends might help so I drive him to school but sometimes one day or 2 he catches the bus at his grandmas due to my overwhelming schedule given by them. They harassed my daughter so bad in school I had to pull her out and homeschool her because she said they kept trying to get her to I abuse her they would then tell me my daughter said statements like that while my daughter was present and she said to them. I never said that she would tell them what they wanted her to her say and they told me in her presents she lies and her stories never match. This caused my daughter to cut her arms and ankles. They told untrue statements in court and they were pointed out on it. They tell me I have a history of being a druggy in front of my kids and treat me like one and I have no history nor have I ever touched drugs. My son has been in his new school 2 months and has never had behaviour issues and he does his work one time now and seems happier. They want to take that away and punish me for doing positive things that help! They also threatened to take my other kids. I didn't do anything my 13 yr got in trouble and I feel like I'm being treated like the offender.
