I noticed a missing money from my master card, i called my master card compony and reported the purchase, after that in 13-2 i received a box with two battles of cream. I called the company, it took long time to rich somebody from this company to get answer. They give me a promotion 50% off and keep this creams. But i was sure i didn't order any thing from them also when i did order for a trail sample, it was from another website. I refused because i didn't trust them any more then how can i use they cream!!! When i went to resend them the box, the postal office asked me to bay 10$. It is not may mistake, so i called collagen company again and told them that i am going to resend their box and i will not bay the shipping, they need to bay when they receive their box, also i was getting my money back (actually not all amount it is 87.23$)

I advice everybody who is having a triple with this compony to report their purchase and not to negotiate with them.
