SMS/Text Message Complaint Company: Union Honest [Hong Kong]Limited Commercial

I orderded 5 TV from this person online they said send half i will recive product in 3 to 5 days. Also said they would send confermation when i send money never sent. Then a few days later they contact me and changed contract saying they could not do 50%any more because other people were taking there product and not sending the rest of the money but the aid say 50%first and when you recive product send other or remaning balance. Now they wont send my $650.00 back they wont more money... Im not happy..
