They advertise in the ear hearing aids. The aids do NOT fit in an ear. Called them and they said they have new aids that are much smaller and will exchange at no cost. Returned old aids and it took 3 weeks for new aids to arrive, WHICH WERE SAME SIZE. Now their phone is disconnected and they do not return emails. Found them rated F on BBB
