After Christmas I saw the ad and paid postage for free samples -nothing arrived until much later when I had forgotten about it!
I eventually realised that Revita La Peau had taken £74.95 from my account on 30th January _then on 31st they took a further £79.99! It was not until later that I checked this transaction on line and made the connection as there was no sign that they had taken postage and package money of £2.45 (twice) as expected.
It seems impossible to complain to the company I cannot find an address! I contacted my bank who says I need to contact them and if they do not reply within 30 days they will reclaim the money for me. Has anyone got an email address for them? I have tried the telephone number but have held the line for half an hour listening to them say "Your call is important to us... Drone... Drone.." I want someone to shout at! I am cross and I want my money back!
