I ordered a free trial and paid £4.95 P&P. My friend had then told me it was a scam and to cancel striaght away so 3days after i placed my order i cancelled my subsciption (even though i didnt actually sign up for anything)
I have not received any tablets and 1month later i see that Pro-cleanse have unlawfully taken a further £37.50 out of my bank

I contacted them straight away to complain, the man i spoke to was very unhelpful so i spoke to his Manager who was also very unhelpful.

I have wrote a complaint letter and filled in Lost parcel form and sent that.
