CMS MidAtlantic Inc Refuses its' obligation to pay for vandalism damage on its' premises

A rash of vandalism resulted in the destruction of a stained glass window on the mausoleum. The cost to repair is about 3000. The cemetery refuses to pay stating it is not their responsibility. It is their responsibility because as a bailee they are responsible for vandalism on their premises. The mere fact that they are keeping keys makes them a bailee.

Ever since the takeover from a corporation located in Maryland, they are terrible.
