Charged $35.40 for subscription advertised at $2.95 with nothing of value

While doing a search, their site came up which stated for $2.95 for 1 yr subscription for searches, so I gave my cc info and then visited their site, finding absolutely nothing that was of any value whatsoever.
I left the site, then rec'd an email from Spokeo with "my receipt for $35.40!!!" I have demanded a full refund, but should not have to spend time dealing with this... Clearly misrepresenting themselves.
