I was tagged on an on line dating service and we began a chatting relationship. He later asked for my home e-mail address. He told me he was finishing a job in the Philippians and would be returning to the states at the end of the month. He later wrote and said he was having trouble with his tractor and needed money to fix it. Since our relationship was quite developed and consistent I sent him $2.000.00 with the understanding he would be paid at the completion of the job and, of course return my money, and return to the US. Then today, he tells me there is a problem getting his payment from the Philippians Government and needed another $5,500. To get them to release his payment of $4000.00. He even provided me with a document showing the payment authorization. I became suspicious.
