On January 12, my wife and I met with Oracle Travel in Naples Fl. With the promise we would secure large discounts on travel as well as condos, Five Star hotels, Cruises, etc.
When we did not receive our welcome packet with conformation of all the packages we were to receive, I call their office in Florida (954-688-7682) on Feb 16th and learned that that number was not working. I then called on Feb 16th their sales Rep. Robert Green 843-997-4446 and ask what was going in. He said he would check into it and as of today, Feb 20th I have not received a return call.
If there is any way to stop this from happening and secure a refund from this company, I would appreciate the advise. SCAM SCAM SCAM.
Like a dummy, I paid by check to save 10% rather than using my Credit card.
