I recieved a the healthmaster and after using the product one time it was fine, i tried it again, and it blew up and started burning and smoking. I have not used Neil @ a973-2875187 it again called the company and spoke with Neil w / customer service and sent him an email. No response. Now I am speaking with Janet #T36 said i would have to return this product before I recieved my refund= minus the shipping. I have paid for shippping 2x already. What is my next step. Am i responsible for the shopping for their defective product.
