I received a call from Richard Foster 323 900 0031 extra 103 telling me that I had been pre approved for a $5000.00 loan and all I had to do was send $358.00 and they would wire the funds. I was skeptical but I could not find info on them, so I tried it. As soon as I concluded the transaction I realized I'd been scammed.
