I ordered off the wedsite monsterheadphonesoutlet.Us. I ordered one monster studio headset for $198.00 my credit card was charged $220.00. I emailed the company at least three times, requesting the customer cares phone number as well as a tracking number for my order. The company never responded. Its been a week since ive tryed to contact the company with no reply from company. I have no product that i ordered and im out of $220 dollars. And to top all that now the website is not accesable. Wow. Please do ur research before paying any company online. And i dont know what to due to try and retreive my $220 bucks.
