This company, teleflora, committed to delivery of a floral arrangement for my mother's birthday on February 17—it was not delivered due to high volume—REALLY??? And was then rescheduled for no later than 11AM the following day, again, a NO SHOW, again they were contacted and said by 5PM... That didn't happen AGAIN!!! I have been on hold with this company for well over 2 hours. I have finally cancelled the order, contacted Living Social, whose voucher I was using, and have sent letters to the president, chairman, and COO of teleflora as well as to the BBB and Consumer Reports. My losses are loss of time/my wages... This company does not honor their commitments nor do they offer even passable customer service. They are a company to be avoided at all costs. My current delivery will be by a local florist, contacted directly by me. I have use ProFlowers and FTD in the past with no adverse incidents.
