Sent off for free trial in january. Got my Visa statement today (18/2) showing company had made an unauthorised credit card charge on feb 6th. Phoned contact number and spoke to someone in Philippines. After threatening to expose company to press was offered 50%refund as that was all she was authorised to give and to cancel my card details. Was given a reference number and told to expect refund in 7 days time! So don't know if it will happen yet. The company i was told is registered in Scotland but card statement had CY which i think is Cyprus?
